An Eastern Shore native and 1989 graduate of Northamton High School, Leslie earned her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree from Old Dominion University in 1996. She resides in Exmore with her husband and local artist, James Holt and their two children Alex and Emma.

Leslie has a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience. She began her career as a Physical Therapist at Roanoke Memorial Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, Leslie worked with patients recovering from traumatic brain injury. Her experience there included orthopedic trauma, neurological rehab, and would care. Leslie returned to the Shore in 2002 and joined the team at Shore Memorial Hospital for acute and outpatient rehabilitation.

In 2007 Leslie joined the Bayside Rehab family. She currently practices full-time in our outpatient clinic in Belle Haven. Over the past year she has helped hundreds of people recover from illness and injury. Her treatment style combines time-proven conventional approaches with modern techniques for accelerating healing. She has achieved an Active Release Certification for the spine and lower quarter.

Leslie is well known for her sense of compassion both at work and in the community. A recent client said it best, "Leslie worked very hard to find the source of my pain. When others gave up, she stayed with me until I felt better. Her joyful disposition took my mind off my worries and helped me focus on getting better."
