I lived in my house for 3-1/2 years and during that time my health got progressively worse. It got to the point that I was unable to make my own meals, go outside or even walk! I decided to check myself into Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Nelsonia for therapy because I wanted to take my life back.

I started PT/OT on a daily basis and I've now lost 51 lbs, can walk 150' with a standard walker and can manage my ADL's by myself. If it wasn't for the Bayside Rehab therapists believing in me, I would not be where I am today.
